“李祥春之友”“全球营救”吁禁参与迫害的中国官员入美 江罗将列榜首

【明慧网2003年12月13日】法轮大法信息中心12月11日报导：「李祥春之友」及「全球营救受迫害法轮功学员委员会」10日联合发表声明，表示将委托「国际追查迫害法轮功组织」搜集、查证参与迫害李祥春的中国公检法人员的名单，递交美国政府，以禁止名单上的人员入境美国。一手制造发起迫害法轮功运动的江泽民和罗干将被列在前两名。

在加州的「李祥春之友」成员张雪容表示，美国移民法中有一条款规定，任何外国官员在申请美国签证前两年内，如涉及直接执行迫害宗教信仰自由并违反国际宗教信仰自由法，该外国官员及其家庭成员将不得进入美国。

美国公民李祥春于今年1月22日自美国飞抵广州机场后，被中国公安拘捕，随即扬州法院以他“打算”利用电视向民众讲清法轮功被迫害真相，判其三年徒刑。据悉，这一判决直接来自江泽民、罗干。李祥春在南京监狱中一直被剥夺信仰的权利，并遭到狱方以暴力、强行洗脑逼迫放弃信仰等虐待。最近，李祥春的处境进一步恶化，当局对他进行的强行洗脑已从每日3小时升至为全天。

张雪容认为，电视插播是法轮功学员在被残酷迫害、谎言遮天和信息封锁的非正常情况下，向人民讲清法轮功被迫害真相而使用的和平方式，是还知情权于公众的正义之举。中国公检法人员执行江泽民指令，对李祥春的逮捕、判刑、虐待是触犯中国本国宪法及国际人权法的违法行为，是对法轮功学员的迫害。根据美国移民法，涉案人员日后应被禁止进入美国。以下是该美国移民法条文原文：

US Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 212(a)(2)(G) of the US Immigration and Nationality Act as amended provides,

"FOREIGN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS WHO HAVE ENGAGED IN PARTICULARLY SEVERE VIOLATIONS OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOM-- Any alien who, while serving as a foreign government official, was responsible for or directly carried out, at any time during the preceding 24-month period, particularly severe violations of religious freedom, as defined in section 3 of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998, and the spouse and children, if any, are inadmissible."

US International Religious Freedom Act of 1998
Section 3 (11) of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 provides,

"PARTICULARLY SEVERE VIOLATIONS OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOM - The term 'particularly severe violations of religious freedom' means systematic, ongoing, egregious violations of religious freedom, including violations such as─

(A) torture or cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment;
(B) prolonged detention without charges；
(C) causing the disappearance of persons by the abduction or clandestine detention of those persons；or
(D) other flagrant denial of the right to life, liberty, or the security of persons."
